Terms of Service (Draft)

Proposed terms for an independent AI video creation tool. Pending operator and commercial review.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

Draft for review. These terms are not approved for public launch. The service is confirmed to be individually operated, using the website name TinyDesk publicly, with a worldwide audience. Operator identity disclosures, pricing, credit rules, cancellation, refunds and dispute handling remain to be confirmed. This page does not establish a refund promise or a licence to generated content.

Service and independence

The product is an independent AI creation tool intended to turn prompts or images into video scenes. It is not affiliated with NPR or its Tiny Desk concert series. Model availability, output formats and generation limits must be described accurately in the live interface. Generation times and results may vary; no particular output is guaranteed by this draft.

The service is operated by an individual based in China, uses the website name TinyDesk publicly, and is intended for users worldwide. It is currently a pre-launch preview, with video generation not yet open to the public; feature availability is shown in the interface.

Accounts and eligibility

Keep account credentials secure and report unauthorised use to support@tinydesk.pro. The operator must confirm minimum age, applicable rules for worldwide service, account closure and security procedures before accepting users.

Your inputs and responsible use

Use only images, prompts and other material for which you have the necessary rights and permissions, including consent where a person's likeness is involved. Do not use the service for unlawful material, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, exploitation, harassment, malware or interference with the service. Review generated results before sharing them and follow applicable disclosure requirements.

Content rights and AI providers

The final terms must explain ownership of inputs, the limited permissions required to process them, and provider-specific restrictions on outputs and commercial use. AI output may resemble other material, contain errors or be unsuitable for a purpose. This draft does not promise exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.

Credits, purchases and failed tasks

Only the published checkout may establish actual price, currency and purchase details. The operator must confirm when credits are charged, expiration, failed or cancelled task handling, retries, subscriptions, renewal and cancellation. These rules must match the implemented billing system. No prices, automatic renewal terms or refund windows are asserted here.

Refunds and support

The support address is support@tinydesk.pro and its receiving route has been verified. A clear refund policy is still required before payment is enabled. Eligibility, request steps, response periods, payment processing time and applicable consumer rights remain to be confirmed. Do not treat a failed generation as a verified refund until the billing implementation has been checked.

Availability, suspension and disputes

The operator must confirm acceptable-use enforcement, notice and appeal processes, service interruption handling, liability terms, governing law and dispute resolution for the markets served. No jurisdiction, arbitration clause or blanket waiver of rights is invented in this draft.

Contact and changes
